PLEASE REVIEW THE TERMS CAREFULLY, PARTICULARLY SECTION 5 DETAILING THE AUTO-RENEWAL SECTION 12 RELATED TO ALLERGENS. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THE TERMS IN THEIR ENTIRETY, YOU ARE NOT AUTHORIZED TO USE HUNGRY FOR TIME.

Hungry For Time (“Hungry For TIme,” “We,” “Our,” “Us” or “Company”) operates this Site. You agree to be bound by the following Terms, in their entirety, when you: (1) Use, access, or visit the Site; (2) Purchase or receive any service offered through Hungry For Time including, but not limited to, Hungry For Time’s Meal Services and Hungry For Time’s Catering Services; (3) access links to or view Hungry For Time’s social media pages or accounts on third party social media websites, including, but not limited to, Facebook, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat, and LinkedIn (“Social Media”); (4) Purchase, redeem, or sign up to receive or send Hungry For Time gift cards or gift certificates (including, for the purposes of these Terms, electronic versions of both) (“Gift Cards”).

2. SERVICE AVAILABILITY
The Site, and Offerings, are intended for use by individuals in Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. To inquire about traveling chef services please email samantha@hungryfortime.com

3. MODIFICATION TO THESE TERMS
Hungry For Time shall have the right to change, add to, remove, or supplement the Terms without notice to you. Changes to the prices or the manner in which Hungry For Time shall bill clients shall only apply to services after the modified or additional provision(s) is/are published on the Site.

The latest Terms will be posted on the Site, and you should review the Terms prior to using any Service offered by Hungry For Time. By using Hungry For Time, you hereby agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions contained within the Terms in effect at the time you access any Service offered by Hungry For Time.

4. ACCOUNT CREATION
In order to utilize specific features on the Site, individuals will need to create an account with Hungry For Time. Should you create an account with Hungry For Time, you agree to: (1)provide the accurate and up-to- date information, as well as updating the information as necessary; (2) maintain the security of your password and accept the risks associated with access to your account which is not authorized by you; and (3) notify us as soon as possible either at samantha@hungryfortime.com or call 412-944-6464 if you believe there have been any breaches to the security of the Site or your account information.

5. HUNGRY FOR TIME SERVICES
5.1
Our Meal Service is an automatic, recurring monthly meal plan to Hungry For Time. As part of the Service, we offer a number of meal plan options that you may choose from at the time of your consultation. Each week you will receive a menu from Hungry For Time, including the menu options for the current week.

5.2
THE SUBSCRIPTION SERVICE CONSISTS OF AN INITIAL MINIMUM CHARGE OF $100 (DELIVERY FEE FOR 4 WEEKS/1 MONTH) FOLLOWED BY RECURRING MONTHLY CHARGES AS AGREED TO BY YOU. BY ENTERING INTO THIS AGREEMENT, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOUR MEAL PLAN HAS AN INITIAL AND RECURRING PAYMENT FEATURE AND YOU ACCEPT RESPONSIBILITY FOR ALL RECURRING CHARGES PRIOR TO DEACTIVATION. HUNGRY FOR TIME MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE ADVANCE NOTICE (IN COMPLIANCE WITH THE DEACTIVATION PROCEDURES IN SECTION 10.3) THAT YOU WISH TO TERMINATE THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE HUNGRY FOR TIME REASONABLY COULD ACT. ADDITIONALLY, BY SIGNING UP FOR OUR SERVICE YOU ARE AGREEING TO RECURRING MONTHLY PAYMENTS FOR AN INDEFINITE TIME UNTIL DEACTIVATED BY YOU OR US, ON THE SUBSCRIPTION TERMS SET OUT IN THE APPLICATION FORM YOU HAVE COMPLETED,SUBJECT TO VARIATION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THIS SECTION. YOU CAN DEACTIVATE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION AT ANY TIME, PROVIDED THAT YOU DO SO WITHIN THE APPLICABLE DEACTIVATION NOTICE PERIOD, AS DEFINED IN SECTION 10.3. YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED FOR ANY DEACTIVATION. YOU CAN RE-SUBSCRIBE AT ANY TIME FOLLOWING YOUR DEACTIVATION, BUT WE RESERVE THE RIGHT NOT TO PERMIT RE-SUBSCRIPTION WHERE WE HAVE PREVIOUSLY ELECTED TO TERMINATE A SUBSCRIPTION.

FURTHERMORE, FOLLOWING YOUR INITIAL SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD, YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL BE AUTOMATICALLY EXTENDED FOR SUCCESSIVE RENEWAL PERIODS OF THE SAME LENGTH, AT THE THEN-CURRENT, NON-PROMOTIONAL SUBSCRIPTION RATE. FULL DETAILS FOR DEACTIVATION PROCEDURES ARE IN SECTION 10.3 OF THESE TERMS. IF YOU DEACTIVATE, YOU MAY USE YOUR SUBSCRIPTION UNTIL THE END OF YOUR THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION TERM; YOUR SUBSCRIPTION WILL NOT BE RENEWED AFTER YOUR THEN-CURRENT TERM EXPIRES. YOU WILL NOT BE ELIGIBLE FOR A PRORATED REFUND OF ANY PORTION OF THE SUBSCRIPTION FEE PAID FOR THE THEN-CURRENT SUBSCRIPTION PERIOD.

6. PRICING
We reserve the right to adjust prices at our sole discretion, at any time and without notice to you; provided, however, that we will provide you with at least ten (10) days’ advance notice of any price changes with your specific Plan rate. Your acceptance of deliveries of the Service after such notice has been delivered to you will constitute your acceptance of such price changes, unless you cancel your subscription to the Service in accordance with these Terms. All prices shown on the Site are in U.S. dollars. Any applicable taxes and other fees or charges are not included and are additional to any prices shown on the Site.

7. GIFT CARDS
You may purchase and/or otherwise receive Gift Cards by contacting samantha@hungryfortime.com. You must create or have an existing and valid account with Hungry For Time in order to redeem a Gift Card for weekly meal services. All accounts are subject to the Terms in all respects. Redemption of Gift Cards will result in the application of a credit to your account in the amount of the Gift Card balance. Any Gift Card balance will be applied toward your purchase of Hungry For Time Services until the Gift Card is depleted. Gift Cards are not redeemable for cash or credit. All sales of Gift Cards are final and nonrefundable.

8. PAUSING AND DEACTIVATING SERVICE
8.1
To skip a week (pause service) you need to email samantha@hungryfortime.com prior to your cut off time (3 days prior to scheduled delivery). Failing to do so will result in lose of money paid towards that weeks meal service. If you are on a recurring weekly meal plan you will forfeit the total for the meals as well as delivery fees. If you are an ala carte client and fail to notify Hungry For Time by the cut off time you will forfeit your $25 delivery fee for that week.

By notifying Hungry For Time that you wish to skip a delivery your meal plan is extended an additional week.

Your account can be paused and extended for as many delivery cycles as you wish. When you are ready to resume service simply contact samantha@hugnryfortime.com to turn on your account and start receiving weekly meals again.

8.2
Deactivation. If you wish to deactivate your account, you must do so before the day and time listed above for your respective delivery date. For example, if you have a scheduled delivery date on Monday, you have until Friday at 5:00 PM EST to cancel your subscription. If you do so after the time listed for your delivery day, you will be charged and no refund will be issued.

IF YOU DO NOT ORDER, PAUSE SERVICE OR DEACTIVATE YOUR ACCOUNT BY YOUR CUT OFF TIME YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE A REFUND FOR THAT MEAL PERIOD.

Furthermore, to deactivate your account, please email samantha@hungryfortime.com stating that you wish to terminate your account, along with your full name and registered email address.

9. DELIVERY
Hungry For Time delivers prepared meals to an address pre determined by you. In some cases Hungry For Time may be granted access to the property in order to deliver the meals. Hungry For Time is not responsible for any theft or weather related issues should the meals be placed outside per your direction. Your Meal Delivery will arrive on the day you initially selected every week (unless you pause your order, pursuant to these Terms, or there are extenuating circumstances, detailed in these Terms). If you choose to have your delivery on another day for a specific week, that day will become the default, and subsequent weeks will have your Meal Plan arriving on the newly selected day.

Meal selection is on a rolling basis, and all selections are due 3 days prior to the delivery day. For example, if you receive your delivery on Monday’s, you will have to make your selections on Friday by 5:00 PM EST. Your credit card or other payment source will then be charged the following day. Similarly, if you want to change the delivery day, you will have to make your selection three days prior to your new delivery day.

Deliveries will be made on the day and as close to the scheduled time as possible. In the case of weather which inhibits the ability to make safe deliveries, or other events beyond our control that interfere with our ability to deliver your meals, we will attempt to deliver your meals as soon as reasonably possible. In some cases, delivery may occur on a date other than your scheduled delivery day. If the delivery of your meals is not feasible, we will cancel your delivery for the period so affected and issue you a credit, as determined in our sole discretion, or refund of a part or the whole of the purchase price for that week. If a delivery is scheduled and the arrangement is a person to person and off of the prepared meals, the meals will not be left at the property and additional delivery fee will be applied. Another delivery attempt will be made as soon as possible after contact with the client.

10. RE-HEATING
All Hungry For Time’s meals are fully cooked, and all seafood, meats, and poultry should be cooked to the USDA’s recommended internal temperatures (165 degrees Fahrenheit for poultry; 160 degrees Fahrenheit for ground meats;145 degrees for whole meats; and 145 degrees Fahrenheit for seafood). Hungry For Time recommends utilizing a food thermometer to verify internal temperatures. For more information, please see the USDA’s website, found here).

11. ALLERGENS
PLEASE NOTE THAT THE EIGHT MAJOR ALLERGENS, AS DETERMINED BY THE USDA, WHICH ARE WHEAT, EGG, SOY, MILK, TREENUTS, PEANUTS, FISH, AND SHELLFISH, ARE STORED, COOKED, AND PACKAGED AT HUNGRY FOR TIME’S FACILITY AND OUR SUPPLIER’S FACILITIES. YOU UNDERSTAND, ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT WE STORE, COOK AND PACKAGE THESE PRODUCTS, AND WHILE HUNGRY FOR TIME TAKES PRECAUTIONS TO LIMIT ANY CROSS-CONTAMINATION, CROSS-CONTAMINATION MAY OCCUR BETWEEN FOOD PRODUCTS, AND THUS, THE RESPECTIVE MEALS, MAY CONTAIN SOME OR ALL OF THE ALLERGENS LISTED. YOU ARE ALSO SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR KNOWING ABOUT ANY FOOD ALLERGIES YOU MAY HAVE AND VERIFYING THE PRODUCTS AND THEIR CONTENTS BEFORE HANDLING, PREPARING, USING OR CONSUMING SUCH PRODUCTS. HUNGRY FOR TIME DOES NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT THAT THE NUTRITION, INGREDIENT, ALLERGEN, AND OTHER PRODUCT INFORMATION IN OUR MEALS IS ACCURATE OR COMPLETE SINCE THIS INFORMATION IS PROVIDED BY THE PRODUCT MANUFACTURERS OR SUPPLIERS AND ON OCCASION MANUFACTURERS MAY MODIFY THEIR PRODUCTS AND UPDATE THEIR LABELS. WE RECOMMEND THAT YOU DO NOT RELY SOLELY ON THE INFORMATION PRESENTED ON OUR SITE AND THAT YOU CONSULT THE PRODUCTS LABEL OR CONTACT HUNGRY FOR TIME IN ORDER TO PROVIDE INFORMATION TO CONTACT THE MANUFACTURER DIRECTLY IF YOU HAVE A SPECIFIC DIETARY OR ALLERGIC CONCERN OR QUESTION ABOUT A PRODUCT.
