Description: In this hands-on class, we'll walk through the process of cooking down onions make the perfect broth french onion soup. You'll learn how to check and clean fresh mussels to be steamed in an aromatic white wine base. Next we'll roast filet mignons adn top them with a peppercorn brandy sauce accompanied by soft and sweet creamed leeks. Save from for dessert as you indulge in a creamy vanilla creme brûlée complete with a torched sugary crust.
